At Max and Lily, we want you to love your new furniture, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of each box being returned.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the applicable fees.
